SKILLS (EMOM)

Every 3 mins for 15mins:

- 12 weighted Dips

- 9 Pull ups

- 6 Wall walks / 6 Inchworm to push ups

* Remaining time : Max hold handstand / plank



EMOM WOD (max reps)

Every min on a min for 20mins:

- 1 Minute wall-balls

- 1 Min Min v-ups

- 1 Min KB Swing

- 1 Min Machine

- 1 Min Rest
