* one person is working the other 2 in plank hold

* Every time you break:

- 5 Team burpees



WORKOUT 1 (Team of 3)

(15mins)

- 1 RM Deadlift

* Each will have 5mins to lift



WORKOUT 2 :(20mins)

For time:

- 1800m Machine (600m each)

- 50 Synchronize DB hang clean and jerk

- 1200m Machine

- 50 Synchronize Weighted sit-ups


Team finisher:

- 30 Deadlift
