SKILL

( 5mins explaining the technique of KIPPING HSPU. use a box to teach beginners, assist each individual handstand hold against the wall if possible)


3RFQ:

30 sec wall handstand hold or using a box

3 handstand wall walk

3 HSPU (if they cant use a box)


WOD:

EMOM 20:

1- 10 CAL

2- 3 wall walk

3- 15KBS

4- 10 burpees
